The website www.accessoire-echappement-moto.fr is published by:
GASTALDIN, SASU with a capital of €100, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under No. 93453910700011, with its registered office at 58 rue Monceau, 75008 Paris.

Article 2 – Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to any order placed on the website by a customer ("Client"). They are accessible on the website and must be accepted before placing an order.
Article 3 – Products
The products for sale are detailed on the website with their essential characteristics. The photographs are for illustration purposes only.
The Client is responsible for verifying the compatibility of the products with their vehicle. No returns will be accepted in case of misinterpretation.
Article 4 – Order
An order is considered final once it has been validated and paid. The Client will receive a confirmation email.
In case of product unavailability, we offer a replacement or a refund within 30 days.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if the GTC are not respected.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is required at the time of order via:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through a secure platform,
- PayPal,
- Bank transfer (processed within 48 hours after receipt).
Any unpaid order will be canceled.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are shipped from various locations (USA, Asia, Europe).
Delivery time: 7 to 30 business days.
Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the Client.
The Client must check the package upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
The Client has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Exceptions:
- Custom-made or special-order products,
- Unsealed or used products,
- Products imported from outside the EU.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and verification of the product.
Article 8 – Warranty
Our products come with a 2-year legal warranty against non-conformity and hidden defects.
The Client must report any issues to info@accessoire-echappement-moto.fr with proof of purchase and photos.
Article 9 – Personal Data
Collected information is processed in accordance with the GDPR and is not resold.
The Client may request the deletion of their data by email.
Article 10 – Complaints and Disputes
All complaints must be sent to info@accessoire-echappement-moto.fr.
In case of a dispute, French law applies. Mediation may be requested before any legal action.
Acceptance of the GTC:
By placing an order, the Client fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
