Where do we ship?
We ship our products all over Europe, the French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), and the USA.
Shipments are made directly from our partner factories located in the United States, Asia, Germany, the United Kingdom, or from our facilities in France.
No delivery will be made to a P.O. Box.
Shipping fees
We offer different shipping methods depending on the nature and origin of the products. We work with many carriers worldwide.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and accepted upon order confirmation.
Currently, we offer free shipping, and new delivery options will be available soon.
Order preparation time
The time between receiving your payment and preparing your order is 24-48 hours.
Shipping time
Once preparation is complete, the carrier takes over within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery time
Delivery times vary between 3 to 12 business days from shipment, depending on the carrier and your location.
Estimated delivery times are displayed during the checkout process, in business days.
Receiving your order
Products are delivered to the address provided during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address.
Upon delivery, you may be required to sign a receipt confirmation. It is important to check that the package is in good condition and matches your order before signing. If the package is damaged, you must report it on the delivery slip and, if possible, take photos.
No claims will be accepted if the customer signs the delivery receipt without making a reservation.
Taxes / Customs Duties
Some products may be subject to customs checks upon arrival in France. Customs clearance fees may apply. These fees are not included in the purchase price and cannot be disputed by the customer. In some cases, we may cover these costs.
Returns
According to Article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have 15 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Installed, tested, or used products will not be accepted. Returns must be made in their original condition, complete, and in packaging that guarantees their integrity. Some products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No refunds will be issued for products that do not meet these conditions.
